Instructions

Parents must agree to the Leads ECC Admissions/Transfer Policy before enrollment. By signing your application for admission, you agree to the terms and conditions. The application forms, documents, and fees need to be received by the Admissions Office within one week of the initial application.

Leads ECC offers education to children for parents who wish for a high-quality private center option for their children. We ensure that all children who are admitted will thrive in an environment of high academic expectations. Children can benefit from the holistic education provided and be happy within the center community. In admission of children, we fully comply with all the applicable laws and regulations of the UAE and the Emirate of Dubai.

Leads ECC does not discrimination on the grounds of diversity, gender, race, religion, or academic level and the center admits children with mild to moderate Special Education Needs. All children admitted must agree to adhere to relevant center rules and policies.
Leads ECC accepts children according to the ministry regulations of age and grade correspondence as well as previous year passing grades or completion documents; Pre-KG/FS1 applicants must complete 3 years by August 31st. Leads ECC admission policy considers all children and is an inclusive international center.

Admissions Process – The screening process is not going to be only for academic performance through the written assessment but also via meetings with the principal. The child should attain satisfactory evaluation in the following areas as well:

1. Attention Span
2. Interpersonal Skills
3. Communication Skills in English -Comprehension & Expression
4. Competence
5. Positive self-discipline
6. Respect for members of the center community

Leads ECC Admission Criteria also takes the following into account:

1. The willingness of the parents of the child applicant to collaborate actively with the center in the education and formation of the child (which includes the parent’s acceptance of the center policies, especially those found in the child handbook).
2. The willingness of the applicant and his parents to be involved in important center activities.

Registration and Information-The Registrar and other administrative personnel are available to assist parents in having a tour of the center and with the completion of all paperwork concerning registration. Providing that the registration process is complete and within the Ministry of Education cut-off dates, placement for your child is offered immediately.

Documents required for registration are as follows:

1. (2) copies of your child’s passport plus UAE entry stamp and/or residency page;
2. (2) copies of both parent’s / legal guardian’s passports plus UAE entry stamp and/or residency page
3. (8) recent passport photographs (on photographic paper on white background);
4. Full details of any special educational needs, IEPs (Individualized Education Plan), and any educational Psychologist’s or other therapist’s reports available. It is essential that all educational history is presented to Leads ECC prior to registration.
5. (2) copies of your child’s birth certificate (residents of some countries must produce an attested copy);
6. Full details of all vaccinations and immunizations for your child;
7. Registration fee of AED 500 (non-refundable) and AED 500 (non-refundable) assessment fee Once seats are all full, Leads ECC will place your child on our waiting list. Parents of children on the waiting list are contacted once a free seat is available in the corresponding class.

Note: Siblings of already existing children will be given priority for registration as parents prefer to have all their children in one center. Parents will be given a 10% discount on the tuition fees of the first sibling and 20% on the tuition fees of the second sibling.
